It’s the day of the wedding blessing at Larkhall and G-Wing is buzzing with excitement. Julie S (Victoria Alcock) can’t wait to see her son David (Steven Webb) and meet his bride to be. Meanwhile Pat Kerrigan (Liz May Brice) is excited for another reason; today is the day of her plan and if it comes off, she will be rid of Natalie Buxton (Dannielle Brent) forever.
Wing Governor Lou Stoke (Amanda Donohoe) is looking after her drug addict sister Vicky (Melanie Cameron) following a suicide attempt. But bad tempered Vicky has her suspicions about Rowan. What secrets will she discover?
Phyl (Stephanie Beacham) and Bev (Amanda Barrie) are overjoyed when their delivery of alcoholic fruit arrives. But when their new “healthy eating” regime, doesn’t take off with the other women they are forced to offer the other women a share of their booty. When Governor Joy Masterton (Ellie Haddington) turns up and picks a piece for herself Phyl and Bev can only look on in horror - it looks like their scam is about to be found out.
Julie S meets her daughter-in-law Fidelity (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) for the first time she is secretly not impressed, but if this is who her son has chosen, she’ll stand by him. Meanwhile Julie J (Kika Mirylees) overhears a shocking conversation involving Fidelity that will break her best mate’s heart.
Janine Nebeski (Nicola Stapleton) starts receiving love letters from a mysterious Michael and is beginning to look a bit love sick. Her mates reckon it’s all one big fib and question the existence of Michael – she’s never mentioned him before and she’s not had any visitors. Who is this mystery man?
Since her daughter showed up at Larkhall, Joy seems to have lost the plot and has taken to drinking at work. This is a blessing in disguise for the Costa Cons as it means she hasn’t noticed the fruit was laced! Joy’s deputy Lou is worried and after hearing the full story, advises Joy to take some time off.
Natalie appears to fall for the escape plan and slips out during the wedding blessing to make her escape but she is furtively followed by Pat. As Natalie heads for the bin area Pat moves in for the final assault. But Natalie isn’t stupid; having spelt a rat she is laying in wait. When Pat makes her lunge, Natalie attacks from behind and a massive fight ensues. The girls fight for their lives – their animosity and hate for each other can continue no further. Could this be a bitter and bloody end for one of these inmates?
